Acquire the vehicle as-is—or have it equipped before delivery.

Commercial customers can stop after vehicle selection, sourcing, negotiation, and transaction coordination, or continue through qualified upfitters and graphics providers before delivery.

One vehicle project can involve many companies

The vehicle is only one part of the acquisition.

The wrong specification, unclear dealer proposal, incompatible upfit, missed production slot, or disconnected delivery plan can create expensive delays before a work vehicle earns its first dollar.

01

Unclear specifications

Payload, cargo, passenger, towing, route, parking, equipment, and delivery requirements are not translated into a complete vehicle plan.

02

Fragmented sourcing

Owners and operations teams contact multiple dealerships and brands without one comparable view of availability, pricing, incentives, or configurations.

03

Disconnected vendors

The selling dealer, upfitter, graphics provider, transporter, and registration provider work on different schedules with no single project view.

04

Delivery surprises

Equipment, documents, graphics, accessories, or destination requirements are discovered late instead of reviewed against the approved plan.

Four connected acquisition responsibilities

One point of contact from vehicle plan through deployment.

Commercial acquisition remains in prelaunch pending licensing. Educational resources and project-planning conversations are available now where permitted.

Plan Vehicle Delivery
How it works

Start with the job the vehicle must perform.

The exact sequence depends on vehicle availability, the selling dealer, approved vendors, equipment lead times, transportation, and delivery locations.

  1. Understand the need

Document how the vehicle will be used, the budget, timing, operating conditions, quantity, locations, and required equipment.

  2. Build the vehicle plan

Compare appropriate vehicles, configurations, transaction structures, availability, and required upfits.

  3. Source and negotiate

Contact relevant dealerships, commercial departments, sellers, and vendors to compare viable paths and negotiate the transaction.

  4. Coordinate the project

Manage project communication among the client, dealer, upfitter, graphics provider, transporter, and other approved parties.

  5. Review and deliver

Compare the completed vehicle, equipment, transaction, and delivery plan with the client-approved specifications.

Designed for one vehicle or many

Commercial acquisition help should work for businesses of any size.

The planned service is relevant to companies buying a first work vehicle, replacing an aging unit, expanding across locations, ordering several similar vehicles, or coordinating a specialized upfit.

Clients approve the final vehicle, seller, transaction, equipment, vendors, and delivery plan. Simplified Auto provides expertise, negotiation assistance, project coordination, and visibility without taking control away from the business.

  • Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, and restoration
  • Construction, landscaping, pest control, and property maintenance
  • Delivery, telecommunications, security installation, and mobile services
  • Healthcare transportation and professional-service companies
  • Mixed vehicle groups of cars, vans, pickups, and specialty vehicles
  • Businesses purchasing approximately one to 200 vehicles
Replacement and disposal planning

Treat replacement as a focused acquisition project.

Simplified Auto may help evaluate timing, compare trade and sale options, select the replacement, coordinate the transaction, and reduce avoidable downtime during the transition.

  1. Review the current vehicle

Consider condition, downtime, repair outlook, operating needs, remaining value, and the cost of keeping it.

  2. Set replacement timing

Connect vehicle availability, upfit lead time, delivery timing, and operational risk before the existing vehicle must leave.

  3. Compare exit options

Evaluate dealership trade offers, outside sale options, payoff, tax considerations to discuss with advisors, and transition logistics.

  4. Acquire the replacement

Select, source, negotiate, equip, review, and deliver the next vehicle through the approved project plan.

Commercial services FAQ

What commercial acquisition coordination does—and does not do.

Education is available now. Regulated transaction assistance remains in prelaunch pending licensing approval.

How many vehicles can a project include?

The planned service may support a first business vehicle, a single replacement, a specialized unit, or a coordinated multi-vehicle acquisition. Fit depends on the vehicle project, location, timing, and applicable law.

Can you help us buy vehicles?

Commercial vehicle acquisition is a planned service that will begin after applicable licensing approval. The site currently explains the future process and provides educational resources; it does not open a regulated acquisition transaction.

Do you own or lease the vehicles?

No. The client or its chosen financing or leasing entity holds the vehicle relationship. Simplified Auto does not take ownership of customer vehicles or hold vehicle purchase funds.

Can you coordinate a commercial upfit?

The planned scope may include requirements planning, qualified upfitter identification, quote comparison, scheduling, project communication, completion review, and delivery coordination. The upfitter remains responsible for engineering, installation, certification, product suitability, and warranty work.

Can you work with our existing vendors?

Yes. A client may keep an existing dealer, upfitter, graphics provider, transporter, or other vendor when that provider fits the approved project. Each vendor remains responsible for its own work.

Do you manage vehicles after delivery?

No. Simplified Auto focuses on acquisition and upfitting projects rather than ongoing post-delivery operations. A future replacement transaction can be handled as a separate vehicle project.

Who approves the final specifications?

The client does. Simplified Auto may organize requirements and compare proposals, but the customer must approve the vehicle, equipment, vendors, transaction, and delivery plan.
